to anyone who cares,
i figured out where maine lobster gets its flavor. it is from the
seaweed it eats. i have eaten a lot of seaweed (good source of B12 for us
vegans) and i have just tried dulce from maine and it tastes exactly how i
remember maine lobster tasting.
if you can't afford maine lobster, you could always get that fake
seafood and stuff it with maine dulce and approximate the experience.
