Per the message below, I really do agree with it. I also find milk producing any problems to my voice. Instead, crispy food, itself, does affect and gunk up my voice. Actually, nowadays once in while I would eat chips or crisps, too. It might sound silly, but I rather stay away from those kinds of food, instead of suffering from them later.
However, talking about food and its effects, I wonder if it really causes serious problems and if there are no ways or exercises that would help us/our vocal cords get better. I think probably good practices and exercises will help, too. [Hope this last paragraph is not confusing].
