Just a comment that is a little off-topic. Dairy is, in many people's opinion, highly overrated. It is really designed for calves and has too much fat for humans. You can take out the fat, of course, and end up with lowfat or skim milk. Now, you are left with 26 highly allergenic proteins that a lot of people cannot tolerate and some calcium. Protein, obviously, is obtainable elsewhere and calcium is important but calcium is available in other foods such as green leafy vegetables. Milk is fortified with Vitamin D but you can get adequate Vitamin D simply from being out in the sun for ten minutes a day. Especially with the increasing availability of rice and soy milk and even orange juice fortified with calcium and Vitamin D there is no essential requirement for humans to drink dairy milk (although the Dairy Council would have you believe otherwise). If dairy milk leaves you phleghmy and hampers your singing, you can easily avoid it by using rice and soy milk. Even soy cheese and ice cream is available!
