LOTs of water and lots of steam! Also, try the bioflavonoid quercetin. It has an antiinflammatory effect. Also, NAC (N-acetyl cysteine) is an excellent immune booster and works to thin secretions. A great book to have in your library is IMMUNOTICS by Dr. Robert Rountree. I take NAC and quercetin every day and have been able to quit taking allegra. I have never been this healthy this time of year and have avoided the respiratory virus that has nearly closed our schools, even though my own child has had it and coughed all over me! Now, if I could only get her to actually swallow her supplements on a daily basis..... Leslie
