Usually the truth of the matter is that they found someone else they prefer for the role, for reasons of their own. It is useless to speculate, and does it really matter in the long run? As long as you do your best at the time, that is all that you can do. The rest is out of your hands, and the outcome is the same whether they thought you were too tall or too round or too young or too old or someone else auditioned better than you. The more auditions you do, the more you will naturally have this attitude, as it is madness to embroil your emotions in something that is totally out of your control. TinaO
