The first lesson asks you to do some easy vocalization both at the beginning and then again at the end of the lesson. I would suggest using a vocalise in the lowest part of your range. The second lesson does not ask you to do such a vocalization but I suggest that you do so both before and after the lesson so that you can notice whatever differences there might be as a result of the lesson. I also suggest that you do some vocalization at the top of your range before and after each of the lessons to notice the difference in that part of your range.
