Hi--I'm de-lurking for a moment to ask if any of you know about singers and mono. I spend about 30 hours a week doing office work, and the rest of the people in the office get sick--a LOT-- and come in with fun things like 104 degree fevers and the like. Now one of them has mono. Aside from
stepping into a lysol bath at the end of the day (just kidding) is there anything I need to do to make sure I don't get sick? I know keeping oneself from getting run-down is always good as well!

Good news from my end--I also have 2 units of teaching time at a community college and love it!
