In terms of Mozart sop/sop sacred duets, Ave Verum Corpus comes to mind. I think that it was intended to be an SATB (correct me if I'm wrong) piece, but I know that there are two part arrangements available (I would try ordering through Patelson's in NYC). A couple of months ago I picked up a piece called Sub tuum praesidium. I haven't heard it but it looks simple yet pretty.
Outside of Mozart all I can come up with is:
Laudamus Te (Vivaldi's Gloria)-- a personal favorite
Esurientes (Vivaldi's Magnificat)
I think that there is also a sop/sop duet in Purcell's Come Ye Sons of Art
