Lloyd, there is an excellent biography out on Jussi's life, written by his=

wife (although I cannot remember her name). It is fairly new, 1997 or
so...and speaks of these instances of transposition. As I recall he did n=
ot
do this very often, but it was always for a good reason when it happened.
