Gosh, I'm pretty busty, and I think a tux is one of the best things I can wear. It may have something to do with the fit of the coat - the opening between the lapels shouldn't be terribly wide. I have about a 6" opening between lapels in my tux, and it works nicely. What I like about tuxes on women is the way the coat emphasizes curves without making women look hippy.
