(Sorry. Didn't realize you were still discussing Mariah Carey.)

In the scenes from "Amour et Gloire" (bet you didn't know Chopin composed an
opera!) in the 1943 remake of "The Phantom of the Opera," Susanna Foster
hits an F over the above-staff C. And I don't know exactly HOW high
Militzia Korjus gets in her recordings or her lone Hollywood film, "The
Waltz King," but she definitely gets close to dog-whistle range.

Mighty Mezzo has been told that her reliable high B-flat sounds pretty
amazing, coming as it does from a dramatic mezzo.
