I have been having excellent success--6# in 2 weeks, even though I have
cheated a lot!--with Sugar Busters. I am never hungry and the diet asks
for some very positive, sensible changes in what one eats, as well as when
one eats what.

Check the book out of the library; it is a good read with good advice.
