leading tenor with several major opera companies in this country including
Opera Theatre of St. Louis, Sarasota Opera, New York Grand Opera,
Baltimore Opera, Opera Colorado, Central City Opera, Arizona Opera, Opera
in the Heights, Union Avenue Opera Theater, Athena Grand Opera, etc. He
has also sung recitals in over 30 cities in this country and has appeared
at both Carnegie Hall with the New York Grand Opera as well as Alice Tully
Hall and Weill Recital Hall in New York. He is now teaching voice in the
Athens/Atlanta area as well as being on the faculty of Emmanuel College.
Mr. Bono is well versed in the Bel Canto method of singing, and instructs
his singers with that time proven traditional technique. This technique
can be used for classical singing as well as musical theater.
