You can, but my point is that few women do. And I reiterate that I am not advocating or defending morbid obesity or 300 pound Mimis. I'm talking about a woman within normal weight range who obsesses about a being few pounds or ounces over her "ideal" weight on an insurance chart. That's not self acceptance and it is unhealthy.
