I am resending this as I never saw it on the discussion. I know a lot has
been said about head/chest mix, but don't recall seeing anything that
particularly pertains to this.

When I am singing sort of to myself, I sing in a really nice head/chest mix.
I can go top to bottom without any break. In fact, I even seem to have
better control over my breathing. But the sound isn't very loud, and I'm not
sure if I could get much louder.

On the other hand, when I sing out, not really belting but more a good head
voice, I have trouble getting that good mix and the passagio seems somewhat
weak, and the breath doesn't last as long.
