Note that it says "helps" to destroy histamine. Antihistamines block the effect of histamine. While I can't tell you what you personally should do, SOME people may benefit from this regimen. Note that you must take it every 5 hrs. That's just about 5 times a day. Vitamin C clears the system in a few hours which is why you must take it so often. There is a time release vitamin C available but I don't know if it has been tested to determine if it REALLY is time released and over what period of time.
If you would like to try it, check with your doctor first. 1500 mg of vitamin C is a bit much but if taken in multiple doses over 24 hrs, only those with kidney failure or a history of kidney stones would need to worry.
