Thank you Dr. John! If I am not mistaken there is a verse in Psalms that states that "wine gladdens the HEARTS of men (and women!). Lucky for us all this can be taken in more way than one!!
Since I am small boned and not heavy, and go to the gym every morning, I will get started on the wine ASAP! Like now.........
