But MusicTime, is just a stripped down version of Encore! I use Encore to make big orchestral scores. I would suppose that MusicTime would be just fine for voice+piano or even vocal/choral scores. I chose Encore years ago, after being frustrated with Finale, which, at the time, took ages to do a score redraw and other fairly basic things, and had that annoying edit window instead of the more intuitive and wordprocessor-like Finale. It was a lot easy to set up midi for too, though all of these things may have changed for the better. I suspect MusicTime would be really really fast, with less staves to have to deal with etc. ramblingly, john
