I saw it in both the original and the repeat - and I agree with you
regarding her very effective portrayal of the girl. Her singing still
bothers me, most particularly the wobble.

On a related note, I was in the kitchen with my TV on in the other room
when I heard this little light, airy, off-the-breath voice singing "Easter
Parade" emanating from the TV. "Sounds like Charlotte Church" thinks I.
Sure enough, there she was (looking very adorable) in some cute little
commercial. Again, much more effective in the acting department.
