I like his approach to aerobic training, but not his suggestion to lift
weights with your stomach empty. As far as I'm concerned, high-intensity
exercises, like weightlifting, can never consume body fat, only energy in
the blood ( from a recent meal ) and muscles themselves... isn't it?
