I shall do my homework and find out what the cost of this tube thing is
here.It certainly would settle the questions, but how does one waste a tube
down one's nose??.

I am only about 10lbs (5kg) overweight. Maybe I should go at it with renewed
committment. We do walk a lot and I eat more fruit than anything else at the
moment, so I should be losing naturally. I seem stuck at that weight. Thanks
for the motivation to "unstick".:)

If I don't gently "growl" in the mornings, I can hardly talk. Sometimes.
while I am talking or singing, there will suddenly be a blob coming from
seemingly nowhere, but it feels like toffee on ones bow (if you're a
violinist, that is.) I am starting to wash out the sinuses last thing at
night in the hope that that might help. Too soon to say if it helps.

I avoid dairy products most of the time.

Thanks for the reply.

Regards

Susi
