Subject:  contralto/mezzo, was Re: What's in a name?


Leaping into the contralto terminology fray:

You could define them by typical roles, such as "She's an Azucena." And if
you still hanker after hyphens, how about "Dark-azucena" or even
"Future-azucena. I should use a smiley here, shouldn't I? john
