I think of it in more ways than one. I think of it as a flat square, say, if
someone took a 2" square piece of plexiglas and shoved it into your pharynx
to hold your pillars open. Or sometimes I think of it as a brick, also shoved
down your pharynx. It is basically an open throat concept, that's all. . .
