Well not wanting to put words into other people's mouths, but I think that
the correct way of saying the only way to lose weight is to burn more
calories than you take in. You can either do this by eating smaller amounts
of healthy foods, or by inreasing the number of calories you burn. But be
warned, if you stop exerising, your appetite seems to remain high for a
while and it's dead easy to put all the weight back on. You have to manage
your exercise properly.
