I wrote that the "Six Songs for High Voice" were very difficult and
VERY high. That is why I recommended the "Cycle of Holy Songs."
In fact, another girlfriend of mine (not the high coloratura) worked
on the "Holy Songs" at my suggestion and was chastised by the vocal
coach at Indiana for singing them because he insisted that they were
for dramatic soprano!
