Hi,
Light Karo Syrup is a very thick syrup used for cooking, baking. It looks like maple pancake syrup or honey, and the "light" refers to the fact that it is lighter in color than the brown colored syrup. It isn't molasses, if you know that molasses is.....
You could also use honey in this recipe....
