You simply MUST get your hands on Opera Scenes for School and Studio
by Wallace (I believe.) When I used to direct an opera workshop it
was absolutely indispensible. It lists scenes by opera and has an
index where you can look scenes up by the forces available. (So, for
example, if you look up Soprano, Mezzo, and Bass, it will list "Soave
sia il vento" from Cosi, among others.)
