I think it's a WONDERFUL opera and I would love to play that role myself. I
saw it in a production with a company called Opera Americana in Alexandria,
VA in the early 90s and I was just bowled over by it. (Peggy, is that
ccompany sitll in existence?) I sang in Ward's ROMAN FEVER a few years ago
and I really like singing his work.
