Good for you! If you don't mind atonal or quasi-atonal music, there's oodles of early 20th Century music which suits a larger soprano voice (start looking at Berg). It's relatively unknown, so most people won't have preconceived notions aobut who *should* be singing it.
Do you have an easy high B? You could do Cleopatra from Handel's Julius Caesar. It is often done by a lyric (people are so used to using small voices for early music), but I think it really calls for a larger voice. Nice duet with a dramatic low mezzo (Caesar in drag) if you know any.
