"Anything you can do" isn't necessarily Broadway, but was originally for 2 mezzos.

One of the best two-soprano musical theatre duets I ever heard was an arrangement, for 2 sopranos, of "Glitter and Be Gay" from CANDIDE - which became a kind of "one up on ya" battle between sopranos, with each one trying to outdo the other. It's on the Dale Kristien BEAUTY OF BROADWAY CD, if you can find that. I may be able to get the music to the arrangement.
Not exactly Broadway, but the Jealousy Duet from Kurt Weill's THREEPENNY OPERA is a deliciously vitriolic "cat fight" duet for two sopranos. Translations are available by Marc Blitzstein (traditional) and Michael Feingold (less traditional) - both are worthy.
You might also look at "Marry the Man Today" from GUYS AND DOLLS.
The duet for Colin and Lily, "Clusters of Crocus/Come to my Garden", in THE SECRET GARDEN, would also work for you - Colin is a boy treble, but out of context the duet works beautifully for two girls. It's very lovely.
"Every Day a Little Death" is a powerful two-mezzo duet from Sondheim's A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC, and may work for you.
Give me a little time - I'm sure I'll think of a few more.
