Just in case anyone's interested, I went to the same
school as David Bowie (who was then Jones). Also Peter
Frampton who's dad taught me art! David was expelled
for dyeing his hair bright green!

ps. my lodger used to be a barman in the pub where
David worked and lived and was forever being woken up
when he was having a lie-in, by people knocking on the
door and asking to see the room where David slept!
Needless to say he told them to clear off!!
