Thursday, November 2, 2000, at 8 p.m., the world premier
of Requiem by Glen Barton Cortese will be performed by
the St. Paul's Choir and Soloists, Paris Simms, conductor,
Eun-Joo Ju, Organ, Joanne Hansen, Harp, assisted by flute,
trumpet and percussion.
This setting of the Requiem was commissioned by St. Paul's
Episcopal Church for presentation this year at our annual All
Soul's Festival Eucharist.

The composer is on the faculty of Manhattan School of Music. The
Pie Jesu is for solo 1st and 2nd sopranos and S.A.T.B. Please
