Firstly,I don't think you wake up one day and notice that your voice has completely derveloped. It's a gradual thing. Ity grows with you. Luckilly,it matures longer than anything else. ( The eyes start to "go" at 12 ,I believe) As for teachers and children,I may be wrong but I think teaching children is a different technique... A specialty in itself.
