some people are just going to have a problem period. the ones that you
think you can bring around, just give them a clear picture of what they'll be
involved with and what their part in it will be and let them decide. they
probably have some ridiculous idea in their heads that has nothing to do with
what you are planning (nor anything else having to do with reality).
