If she can do a good job with it, you might think about "Voi che sapete", the second Cherubino aria from Marriage of Figaro. It's not long (though I've not timed it), it's got a lovely tune, it's not perceived as a beginner's piece (the way one of the 24 Italian might, no matter how beautifully sung), and it's sung by a character about the age of your daughter. And I think a singer can always impress with Mozart (even the most classical-music-challenged judge will have heard of Mozart and seen the movie Amadeus).
If you want to do some French, one of the earlier Faure songs might be nice - I don't have my music with me, and titles escape me, but I there's an absolutely lovely one that I think is called Les Berceuses - and others in that opus number are also very nice. I think one or more of that group is strophic, so it would be easy to make cuts to meet your time limit if it turns out to be too long.
And if she can handle some German (there should be enough time to learn enough German diction for one song in the time you have if you want to do this one), the Schubert "An die musik" is always well-received, and it's quite short.
