The 5th was completed in 1807, Napoleon besieged Vienna in June of 1809.
Even if this were not the case, one may grant that tunes went through the
man's head before their publication date. Even if *this* were not the case,
I think the authors of what is, after all, a work of speculative fiction,
could be granted some artistic license. Thanks for reminding me of a fine film.
