The issue of age discrimination is a real one, and unfair to many. That fact,
however, does not in any way justify dishonest or unethical behavior. If you
would like the world to be a more fair and honest place, then you yourself
must behave fairly and honestly. Sorry, but this IS a black and white
issue--like being sharp or flat. You're either on pitch or you're not---and
you're either honest or you're not. To say that you are thirty when you
celebrated your thirty-first birthday three months ago, is and always will be
a lie. That is not a matter of being judgemental, it is a matter of fact.
