Consensus eh? Tell me, is that a vote amongst the hormone group or the singers, and does that mean they are correct?

I was hoping we could step around this oblique terminology as it means so little to so many. Let's try and deal with what we feel. Building a body to show off is one thing, to make effective use of it is a complete other. You can gross it into muscle bound rigidity and exhaustion or you can gently guide it to a particular goal with energy to spare. Let's not lose sight of the purpose for which we do these things to ourselves. Must go.....I shall return.
