Another quick reply from Reg...
You see, I'm not talking of PULLING in my abs, I'm speaking of
_leaning outwards_ if anything. The thing the young ladies
baulk at, 'cos they don't want that bodily distortion.
The feeling of inhaling,.. and after my abs machine at the gym
a wonderous support indeed. Nought but good for the larynx!!
