No, it is definitely the Moosewood. The moose logo shows
the splendid animal under a tree. There is a whole series
of cookbooks, and Molly Katzen, one of the founding member/
chefs of the cooperative and a lady of many talents, had a
vegitarian cooking show on PBS, the theme music of which
was Bach keyboard piece which she herself played, and the
delightful sketches of vegetables in her book are hers as well.
