Well, I went off the Pill about a year or so before I went back to grad school after being on for about 9 years ... and the post-Pill years were my vocally most productive. Perhaps that's because I was focusing on the technique exclusively w/o the day job hassles; perhaps it was the Pill. But I was loath to go back onto it because I didn't want to screw things up. Other people I know have had no problems...
