i cna't help with a quick fix but for a longer term measure, I've found
that taking fish oil supplements really helped over those times, however
you would need to take them regularly. It really helped during those times
when I felt my voice had become unwieldy and thick. Celery extract will
also help with Water retention issues, both bloating and vocal.
Above all keep away from salty foods and caffienne, it really exacerbates
the problem.
