TO ALL OF YOU WHO HAVE BEEN WRITING ABOUT SINGING BALANCE .
.PHYSICAL/SPIRITUAL AND VOCAL ..
thanks a million. I am a coach that works with singers. and I have moved
into the realm of life/career coach.. I just sent off an answer to one of my
clients much like your discussion which I have been reading today.. and I
love hearing everyone's viewpoints on rest.. balance .. how long to sing..
when to stop... alternatives.. just practical, great feedback from singers
about singing. I said to her "when intention becomes TENSION.. you need to
put in morning meditation, physical warm-up time, then sing for a short
session, rest and sing later again.. so that your work becomes conscious
attention given to something you love to do.. and each day is part of a
building block towards progress.. like walking instead of running towards a
goal."

I am so grateful to be a part of this service. Lots of singers are finding
support from each other.. I just appreciate this so very much.

All best.. thanks
