I think the offer of a Lloyd's University to host Vocalist is great and
would be ideal, if and when we are certain that is necessary.
However, for now, why not stay where we are until we get a confirmation that
Vocalist (as we once knew it) it definitely not coming back? It seems
futile to move the entire list to an entirely new host until we know for
certain the old host is defunct. Chances are the original Vocalist might
get back up and running in due course, and then we have might even get the
archives back, etc.
Marko has been diligent and generous in hosting this forum and I think we
should just lay low for a while until there is some definite confirmation
that we need to find a new permanent home. This is working fine for now,
right? I am hesitant to further complicate the matter until we know for
sure it is necessary.
