Check out the host of traditional ornaments and cadenza to be found in the four books by Luigi Ricci. He was one of the elder teacher/coaches who spanned the 19th-20th centuries and wrote down many of these fioratura that were commonely used during his lifetime.
In rather typical Italian fashion, these ornaments are listed by opera title and the page numbers given are from the Ricordi scores. But you can locate their position by text and, of course, melodic line.
