Is anybody familiar with this book, by Gail Sullivan? It's a book that provides tips regarding auditions for German houses that's been recommended to me. I looked for it on Barnes & Noble.com, they said it was in print, I ordered it, and one and a half months later they got back to me saying that the publisher had just declared it out of print. Amazon.com said they could still get it, but just in case that doesn't work out, does anybody know of another source for it and/or any comments on the book itself?
