Patricia I have reservations about carrying weights while walking. I carried two one pound weights with a vigorous swing that I think resulted in unnecessary elbow and shoulder stress. Does anyone know what the sporting guru's thinks of this activity? My walk is a challenging 10km in about 80 minutes. I'd be terrified of carrying 2 x 10lbs!!! Reg.
