Hello Folks -
Would of you lyric sopranos or mezzos out there know about the role
of Hélène from Offenbach's operetta? There is an audition for
this coming up in my area and it indicates that this role is for a
lyric sop or mezzo with a very good low range - so far it sounds
like a perfect match. However, I wonder if anyone here has sung
this role and knows the tessitura and range of Hélène? Thanks
