Is there a good, large college music library anywhere near you? If so, check
out listening to a copy of William Vennard's "Developing Voices" 3 lp set! A
book comes with the set and the book basically has mostly a transcription of
what is stated on the records. These lps offer one way to "blend" thru the
"yawn-sigh". Hopefully you'll be happy with the results, but if you do listen
to these and don't particularly care for the method, nothing ventured/nothing
gained!
It's worth a shot!
