I liked Marion quite well, she brought her music to life. Mathew
Broderick was not able to fill out that role dramatically or musically.
It seemed tossed off to me. Perhaps it should have been cast with Eddy
Murphy (the cast was multi- cultural).
Still a wonderful musical!
